Do I need a Claude Pro or ChatGPT Plus subscription?

Yes. AI Operator's Playbook delivers prompts, templates, and a Master Context structure. You run them in your own AI account. We don't charge per AI message because you control your own AI subscription. Recommended: Claude Pro ($20/mo). ChatGPT Plus also works.

Can I switch from Per Seat to Team later?

Yes. Once you hit 5 seats on Per Seat, switching to Team costs basically nothing extra ($9,997 vs $9,995) and unlocks the admin dashboard plus 5 more seats. Email us when you're ready and we'll handle the migration.

Is this a course or a software product?

It's a portal that delivers productized AI Employees. Not a video course. Each AI Employee is a single-task asset (prompt, template, review checklist) you install into your AI account and run on real work. The Foundation Lessons teach you the system. The Role Categories give you the assets.

Do you offer refunds?
