All sales are final. AI Operator's Playbook is a digital product. Access opens in the portal the moment you pay. Because of that, all purchases are non-refundable.
Everything is delivered electronically through the portal and available to use the moment you buy it. Once a digital product has been accessed, it cannot be returned. For that reason, all sales are final, including plan fees, renewals, and added seats.
Plans renew automatically each year. You can cancel anytime using Manage Subscription on the Billing & Team page in the portal, or by emailing hello@jencohq.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of your current term. Your access continues until that date. Canceling does not retroactively refund the current or any prior term. To reduce seats at renewal, email us before the renewal date.
If you believe you were charged in error, such as a duplicate charge, contact hello@jencohq.com and we will review it in good faith and correct genuine billing mistakes.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most issues are resolved by email faster than through your bank.
