Every product is delivered electronically and made available for download and use the moment you buy it. Once a digital product has been accessed, it cannot be returned. For that reason, all sales are final, including one-time products, Business plan fees, renewals, and added seats.
Business plans renew automatically each year. You can cancel anytime through the portal or by emailing hello@jencoventures.co. Cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of your current term. Your access continues until that date. Canceling does not retroactively refund the current or any prior term.
If you believe you were charged in error, such as a duplicate charge, contact hello@jencoventures.co and we will review it in good faith and correct genuine billing mistakes.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most issues are resolved by email faster than through your bank.
